Mr. Drought specializes in estate planning and probate and trust administration. He brings significant knowledge of all types of trusts, including living revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable remainder trusts.
His experience in probate and trust administration includes formal and informal probate administration proceedings and has served as an expert witness in probate litigation.
In addition, Mr. Drought has drafted numerous marital property agreements and co-authored the chapter on Marital Agreements for the State Bar of Wisconsin’s text “Workbook for Wisconsin Estate Planners”.
A frequent speaker on estate planning topics, Mr. Drought is active in both the professional and civic community, frequently serving in leadership roles in a number of organizations.
