Davis & Kuelthau Expands Corporate, Labor & Employment, and Commercial Litigation Practices in Metro-Milwaukee and Fox Valley Region

MILWAUKEE— Joseph E. Tierney IV, President of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., announced the addition of four attorneys in the firm’s Green Bay and Milwaukee offices. Danielle S. Snyder joined the firm’s Corporate Team, Abby S. Busler joined the Labor & Employment Team, and Ryan M. Wiesner and Ryan T. Carlson joined the Litigation Team.

The firm has added 10 attorneys within the past year alone as it continues to expand its business law, intellectual property, labor & employment, litigation, real estate, and trusts and estates practices. Daniele S. Snyder joined the firm as a first year associate attorney focusing on corporate law and real estate development, including contract negotiation, leases and municipal approvals. She actively serves in the community by working as a volunteer at the Marquette Legal Clinic where she handles various research assignments related to legal guardianship, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as a law clerk in the firm’s Milwaukee office. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University and B.S. in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Abby S. Busler joined the firm as a first year associate attorney focusing on counseling clients in education, labor and employment law. Her practice will primarily focus on counseling education clients in the area of special education.

Prior to joining the firm, Abby worked as a law clerk for the Department of Public Instruction, where she conducted extensive legal research on educational law issues and assisted the legal department in representing the state superintendent in cases regarding open enrollment, expulsion appeals, the school choice program, and the food and nutrition programs. She also served as a law clerk for Davis & Kuelthau’s Green Bay office.

Abby earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University’s School of Law and B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ryan M. Wiesner joined the firm as an associate attorney focusing on commercial litigation. He practices in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest with broad experience handling cases involving healthcare liability, commercial and business disputes, civil rights, product liability, and insurance issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked at several litigation firms specializing in defending product liability cases, handled commercial and business disputes, financial theft litigation, medical negligence litigation, defended and provided risk analysis and counseling to health care providers and civil rights litigation matters.

Ryan earned his J.D. cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in Sociology/Criminal Justice.

Ryan T. Carlson joined the firm as an associate attorney on the litigation team. Ryan brings over 5 years of experience representing corporate clients with assignments for the benefit of creditors, receiverships, and asset risk management activities. Additionally, he has represented local and national financial institutions on a broad range of banking and business matters including settlement negotiation, forbearance agreements, development of workout plans, and real estate transactions. His practice focuses on commercial and consumer banking activities including workout, bankruptcy, foreclosure, receivership and business transactional activities.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Michigan State University’s College of Law and B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
