Nicholas DiUlio represents both individual and corporate clients, and concentrates his practice on commercial and personal injury defense litigation, railroad law, and eminent domain. Nicholas is experienced in litigation matters in federal and state courts. He also has worked on numerous appellate cases, both in the Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Nicholas has also been involved in cases involving products liability, asbestos, insurance coverage and subrogation, and criminal defense.
An active member of the Milwaukee legal community, Nicholas has volunteered as a high school mock trial coach for both Marquette University High School and Hartford Union High School. He has also volunteered at the Milwaukee County Small Claims Self-Help Clinic, and taken pro bono cases with Legal Action of Wisconsin.
