Litigation Management: Implementable Strategies for Cost Control.
Recognizing the continued demand for change in managing litigation, particularly cost management, Litigation Shareholders, Sue Schellinger and Jim Braza, will provide a deep dive perspective on implementable practices to avoid overspending and poor results. Topics to be addressed will include: example strategic uses of limitation of liability provisions in certain contracts, emphasis on sample drafting provisions, demystifying recoverability of attorneys' fees in disputes, and the latest trends on utilizing arbitration as a remedy.
